To replace a meal, mix 40g of XLS-Nutrition (4 heaped scoops) in 200 ml semi-skimmed milk. Always pour the milk in the shaker first, then the powder. Tightly close the lid and shake vigorously.
For example: Two-week concentrated weight loss plan – Week 1: replace three meals a day with XLS-Nutrition. Eat three low-calorie snacks throughout the day. Week 2: replace two meals a day with XLS-Nutrition and have one healthy and balanced meal a day.
